Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loyalty Knowledge Center Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and internal teams to provide expertise on Loyalty FSP
- Organize pre-sales sessions and client training
- Support projects to integrate Retail insights into retailer processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Retailer Loyalty, Groceries, CPG, or GM
- 2+ years of expertise in translating data into implications
- 2+ years of experience with computer software, including Microsoft Excel
