Job Summary

A company is looking for a M&A Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute an M&A strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Lead the due diligence process and manage negotiations of M&A agreements
• Oversee the integration of acquisitions and monitor performance of acquired assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking, preferably in the digital product or technology industry
• Proven experience in managing M&A-focused teams
• Strong knowledge of due diligence processes, financial modeling, and risk analysis
• Expertise in the legal aspects of M&A and leading complex negotiations
