Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics Engineering to shape their data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers to build a scalable and reliable data foundation
• Own the evolution of data warehouse architecture and analytics workflows to deliver intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, ensure data integrity, and improve usability of core data models

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or related data roles
• Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in managing high-performing analytics engineering teams
• Strong experience in SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau
• Proven track record of building and scaling data foundations and documentation standards
