Manager Business Operations
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, GTM Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze sales-related business processes to identify risks and optimize outcomes
- Develop and implement control mechanisms to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
- Design scalable processes to support revenue growth initiatives and ensure accountability across functions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or eCommerce environment
- 3+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in process design, rollout, and project management
- Experience with business applications like Salesforce.com and Marketo is a plus
