Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Solutions & Analytics to join their Operations & IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce scalability, automation, and integrations to support organizational goals
- Oversee data management, compliance, and system integrity across various applications
- Provide training and support for staff on system usage and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit or CDFI sectors
- At least three years of Salesforce administrator-level experience
- Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange applications, and APIs
- Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data visualization tools
