Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Solutions & Analytics to join their Operations & IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce scalability, automation, implementations, and integrations
- Oversee data synchronization processes and ensure compliance with CDFI regulations
- Provide direction for Salesforce management and identify training opportunities for staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit or CDFI industry
- At least three years of Salesforce administrator-level experience
- Experience in developing and managing third-party integrations and APIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and loan servicing software
- Commitment to equity and continuous improvement
