Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, UM Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-clinical support for policies and procedures related to treatment and care for members
- Support Clinical Pharmacy Review Appeals and Reimbursement departments for prior authorizations on pharmaceuticals
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and conduct briefings and area meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in process improvement or process design and implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong database software skills
- Experience in the health service industry or healthcare finance
- Understanding of strategic planning and customer loyalty programs
