Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pro Onboarding to lead a team responsible for onboarding and training new Pro Product clients, particularly in telecom services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Technical Specialists to enhance client experiences
  • Provide advanced guidance on telecom-specific products and address technical needs
  • Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring clients effectively utilize Pro Products

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in support, implementation, or account management in enterprise software or SaaS
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in telecom services and technology, including VoIP and SIP configuration
  • Strong focus on customer success and experience managing complex projects
  • Proven track record of relationship building with clients and team members
