Manager Strategy Integration
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain operational tools and systems for the team
- Track team-wide data & progress, support strategic projects, and implement annual planning processes
- Support team culture, communications, and onboarding of new members
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with 2 years in Development/Fundraising work
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but total experience and achievements are valued
- Experience managing up to senior leaders and achieving ambitious goals
- Strong facility with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva, and/or other graphic design tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
