Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the Group Retiree Medicare Advantage business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute marketing plans to differentiate the company in the marketplace
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign results to optimize future performance
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and ensure compliance with marketing processes and requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing and campaign management experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple priorities from inception to completion
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience in organization and project management
