Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and sales teams to develop solutions for efficiency and results
• Manage technical projects involving proprietary applications and business process implementation
• Assist in evolving the tech stack to meet business demands by proposing systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-functional operations project management experience
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a technical environment
• Experience with enterprise SaaS software
• Project management experience with complex technical projects and data migrations
• Certifications such as PMP, Salesforce BA, or Six Sigma yellow belt are preferred
