Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key HR partner for multiple small business clients
• Build or improve HR systems, processes, and documentation
• Help clients maintain compliance while educating them on areas of opportunity

Required Qualifications

• Five to seven years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
• Experience supporting small or growing organizations is a plus
• Local to Maryland and open to attending monthly in-person meetings
