Job Summary
A company is looking for actively practicing physicians and physician assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records, depositions, and materials related to complaints or investigations
- Render opinions on whether care met standards and if adequate medical records were maintained
- Complete work electronically and securely with provided training and support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must be licensed in Maryland for at least 5 years
- At least 5 years of clinical practice in the specialty post-residency and post-fellowship
- Must have an active practice in Maryland seeing patients for at least eight hours per week or the majority of practice time
- Free of pending actions, potential actions, or exclusions
- Willingness to testify about reports, with additional pay for this service
