Medical Records Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Records Representative responsible for extracting medical records from hospital EMRs for various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete medical record requests from the ETM system, postal mail, and email for insurance companies and departments
• Access hospital websites and print records as needed
• Manage remote access information and maintain a daily production log

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience working with insurance in an office or hospital environment is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer experience is required
• Able to stay focused and complete assignments
