Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unlicensed Medicare Benefit Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options
• Assist with escalated customer issues and provide a positive customer experience
• Meet sales and productivity goals while making outbound sales calls and recommending plans

Required Qualifications

• Ability to acquire a General Lines Life & Health License within 60 days of starting
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
• Able to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
