Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Fronter Specialist - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound Medicare recipients to assess their interest in available plans and benefits
- Gather information and pre-qualify callers to ensure they meet essential criteria
- Transfer interested and qualified individuals to licensed Medicare agents for further assistance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous survey experience preferred
- Must pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check
- Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills is essential
- Must have a distraction-free, secure, and quiet workspace
- Equipment requirements include a desktop PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11, and a dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
