Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling requests and changes from Medicare Coaches and Engagement Specialists
  • Support the Care Activity Team by sourcing relevant information to align with member needs
  • Monitor inbound Health Plan referrals and communicate high-priority follow-up needs with the Medicare Team
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in family-centered programs
  • Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and ticket management systems
  • Background in health services related to government healthcare programs or insurance is preferred
  • Ability to be organized, proactive, and work cohesively as part of a team
  • Passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
