Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling requests and changes from Medicare Coaches and Engagement Specialists
- Support the Care Activity Team by sourcing relevant information to align with member needs
- Monitor inbound Health Plan referrals and communicate high-priority follow-up needs with the Medicare Team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in family-centered programs
- Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and ticket management systems
- Background in health services related to government healthcare programs or insurance is preferred
- Ability to be organized, proactive, and work cohesively as part of a team
- Passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
