Member Services Specialist 1 Billing
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist 1, Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contract billing events and track pending issues
- Assist with invoice corrections and respond to account inquiries
- Process sales orders, perform account audits, and fulfill member requests
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience with Salesforce and Sage Intacct
- Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
- Experience in a high volume, high-intensity environment preferred
