Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Consultant to enhance the integration of MHPSS within health programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a rapid assessment of current MHPSS programming capacities
• Develop a tailored MHPSS intervention framework aligned with global standards
• Create an implementation action plan and capacity building framework for MHPSS

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, public health, or a related field
• Substantial experience in MHPSS programming in humanitarian or development contexts
• Strong understanding of global MHPSS frameworks and guidelines
• Experience conducting needs assessments and program evaluations
• Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings
