Merchandise Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandise Project Manager to lead the execution of merchandise development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise development, including ideation, sampling, production, and optimization
• Source materials that meet sustainability standards and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Oversee quality control and ensure a positive customer experience from prototype to final delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise development, project management, or product operations
• Deep understanding of sustainable and ethical sourcing and production
• Experience working with designers, 3PLs, and international vendors
• Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and high-quality execution
