Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchant Services Retention Specialist (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with Merchant Services customers
- Contact inactive merchants to reestablish relationships and reduce attrition
- Promote Merchant Services by responding to customer inquiries and following up on retention leads
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the merchant industry and electronic payment processing practices
- Relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills preferred
- Experience evaluating financial data and merchant processing statements preferred
- Strong PC skills, including experience with online and third-party reporting systems
