Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Accountant to contribute to strategic Mergers & Acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in due diligence meetings and gather key financial data
- Support ERP data conversion and perform month-end close activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial process integration
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in general accounting functions
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems and data integration/validation
- Workday experience is a plus
