Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Accountant to contribute to strategic Mergers & Acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in due diligence meetings and gather key financial data
  • Support ERP data conversion and perform month-end close activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial process integration
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in general accounting functions
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems and data integration/validation
  • Workday experience is a plus
