Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Insurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reviewing automated files for timely and accurate payments of MI/PMI/USDA
- Assisting borrowers with questions or issues over the phone and email
- Reviewing and updating MI/PMI/USDA procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Servicing experience
- Minimum 2 years recent experience working with MSP
- Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes
