Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Operations Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of their hybrid enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of critical systems, ensuring architecture and operational procedures are standardized and optimized
• Oversee management of Windows, Linux, and Mac ecosystems, including cloud services and virtualization platforms
• Develop automation strategies and scalable cloud solutions while ensuring system health and disaster recovery readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security
• Relevant licenses and certifications related to cloud services and automation preferred
• ITIL or related certifications in change management and incident response preferred
• Microsoft 365 Certifications (Fundamentals and Administrator Expert) required
