Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with mid-market merchants to identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend solutions
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through a strategic sales approach
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years in an Account Manager or Account Executive role at a B2B software company
- Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas through proactive account management
- Comfort with using technology and software tools, including CRMs and automation platforms
- Ability to thrive in rapidly changing and fast-moving environments
