Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with mid-market merchants to identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through a strategic sales approach
  • Monitor key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-5 years in an Account Manager or Account Executive role at a B2B software company
  • Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas through proactive account management
  • Comfort with using technology and software tools, including CRMs and automation platforms
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing and fast-moving environments
