Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance support to corporate functions and business units
• Advise on business, legal, and regulatory matters including contracts and governance
• Assist in developing processes to improve team efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic background
• Current attorney license in good standing, with Minnesota bar admission required
• At least 5 years of practice in corporate law, preferably with large law firm or in-house experience
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
