Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee multiple Oracle projects with a focus on Oracle assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead various Oracle projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current Oracle systems and recommend strategies for transitioning to Oracle Fusion
- Collaborate closely with finance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Oracle projects, preferably with Oracle Fusion
- Strong background in Oracle systems and transformation projects
- Ability to navigate and manage sensitive situations with key stakeholders
- Experience working with or being poached from top consulting firms is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with agile teams and within a product model
