Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Rep Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in projects and special assignments related to Patient Access processes
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members while ensuring compliance with operational procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access, accurately entering patient information and generating financial estimates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• CHAA certification preferred
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
