Job Summary
A company is looking for an RPA Business Systems/Solutions Analyst specializing in RPA projects and ITIL 4 Change Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering, assist with QA, and document project artifacts
- Work with stakeholders to implement RPA solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Prioritize and complete tasks autonomously while meeting project deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in RPA analysis and projects
- 2+ years of experience with ITIL 4 Change Enablement
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 4+ years of relevant programming experience (e.g., SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle)
