Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching them with appropriate coverages and products
• Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction through integrity and quality service

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PC and typing capabilities
