Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the processing team meets monthly production goals and maintains customer service standards
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage hiring processes
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage processing management
- Strong knowledge of mortgage banking industry methods and practices
- Ability to motivate and influence team members effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
