Job Summary
A company is looking for an MS Engineer to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and share technical solutions with customers and team members
- Interface with customers' technical and business teams for problem resolution
- Create clear and concise documentation outlining issues, risks, solutions, and request closures
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate understanding of network design
- Knowledge of firewalls including Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet
- Experience in task and incident management
- Certifications such as CCNA or ACSA are advantageous
