Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain partnerships to drive successful execution of clinical programs
Perform comprehensive medication therapy review sessions with MTM eligible members
Resolve complex member issues related to clinical programs

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree
Current Pharmacist license in good standing with a State Board of Pharmacy
3 years of related experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
