Municipal Bond Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Municipal Bond Analyst and Trader.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, review, and analyze investment grade public finance issuers and the municipal bond market
- Monitor fixed income markets and provide market strategies to colleagues and clients
- Recommend and implement investment strategies for municipal bond portfolios based on market conditions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting; MBA and/or CFA is advantageous
- Minimum 2 years of investment experience, preferably in municipal trading or public finance
- Experience with trading platforms such as Bloomberg
- Knowledge of municipal credit fundamentals and market concepts
- Quantitative skills and experience with financial statement analysis
