Municipal Disclosure Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Primary Disclosure Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Primary Disclosure Group, providing strategic direction and oversight to a team of approximately 10 professionals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, rules, and guidelines pertaining to municipal disclosure
• Oversee the preparation and review of official statements, continuing disclosure reports, and other public finance documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public finance, with a strong focus on municipal disclosure
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
• In-depth knowledge of municipal securities regulations, including SEC and MSRB rules
• Will be required to sit for and pass the Series 50 and Series 54 exams
