Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Sales Director - Pooled Employer Plans (PEP) for a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead strategies to increase assets and adopt employers into PEPs
  • Manage and expand Private Label PEP relationships in collaboration with Regional Vice Presidents
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive PEP sales success nationwide

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in retirement plans industry with 5 years of wholesaler experience or Aggregated Solutions
  • Record-keeping experience and ability to work remotely within the US and travel 30-40% annually
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and life insurance license required within 90 days of hire
  • Experience with Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) preferred
