Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing of renewals and prepare renewal client proposals
- Process endorsements, issue certificates, evidences, and ID cards
- Maintain bookkeeping systems and resolve billing issues while providing superior customer support
Required Qualifications
- Preferred - 1+ years of Commercial Lines experience
- NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Customer service oriented with the ability to empathize with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft O365
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to organizational needs
