Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer to manage escrow accounts and facilitate commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while managing escrow transactions
• Act as a neutral liaison between buyers, sellers, and lenders to complete transactions
• Ensure proper accounting and disbursement of funds in accordance with contract terms

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow-related experience, preferably as an Escrow Officer in Commercial
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Escrow officer certification may be required depending on the state
• Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software applications
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
