Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney to work remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery to trial preparation and court proceedings
- Develop legal strategies and share them with claims representatives and insured clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys, paralegals, or law clerks
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in New Mexico and be admitted to the New Mexico bar
- Experience as a litigation attorney
- Availability for in-person appearances as needed
- Ability to draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Experience in establishing relationships with claims representatives and clients
