Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communications with clients in North America & Europe
  • Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation
  • Partner with Product & Engineering teams on client implementations and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Services at a B2B technology product company
  • Experience working with asset managers or institutional investors is a plus
  • Knowledge of API, data analytics, and SQL is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and global team environment
