Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Behavioral Health Care Advocate (Team Lead/HCBS Administrator) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HCBS needs assessments and plans of care for eligible members
  • Coordinate and submit monthly administrative reports to the State through the Department of Health
  • Support team operations and manage escalated concerns to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed clinician with a Master's degree in relevant fields or an RN with 2 years of behavioral health experience
  • Active and unrestricted licenses to practice independently in the state of residence
  • 3+ years of post-Master's experience in a mental health environment working with children
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dedicated office space and access to high-speed internet service
