Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Desk Specialist to join their IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage IT Support tickets by troubleshooting and providing support for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Follow and enforce NY DFS cybersecurity policies and manage accounts and access controls
  • Provide end user support for Microsoft Operating Systems and business applications, including user training


Required Qualifications
  • A college degree, technical education, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role
  • ITIL4 Foundations certification preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems and cloud computing preferred
  • Technical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of Windows Operating Systems
