Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Officer, Economic Empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training and technical assistance materials for Economic Empowerment programs
• Provide consultation and guidance for program implementation and improvement
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies and monitor key indicators for economic wellbeing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Community Development, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Approved financial coach trainer by CNM Ingenuity
• Minimum of four years of experience in economic programming at the community level
• Expertise in program design, monitoring, and evaluation
• Understanding of financial education and related programs for low-income immigrant and refugee communities
