NMLS Licensed Bilingual Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Production Assistant (Spanish) to support Loan Officers in the mortgage operations sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Request disclosures and open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports
• Collect and review client documentation, and submit loan documentation to processing
• Order appraisals and gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
• An active NMLS license is required, with sponsorship available
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology and experience with Point software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
