Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Health Insurance Representative (Must have L&H License).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer, averaging 150-200 calls daily
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on calls
• Assist members in selecting appropriate Aetna plans based on their needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Medicare sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• Must be a licensed healthcare agent
• Professional and motivated self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
