Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth) based in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
- Deliver medication-assisted recovery and coordinate care with the Care Team
- Participate in administrative tasks, including meetings and chart note completion
Required Qualifications
- Active NC Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 1 year experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
- Degree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program
- Experience managing substance use disorders in a chronic care model
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing platforms
