North Carolina Licensed Safety Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Safety Specialist / Quality and Training Specialist (QTS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support management with the maintenance and review of quality documents and ensure team training on client SOPs
- Design and implement training programs, conduct onboarding sessions, and monitor employee quality performance
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and audit support activities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacovigilance
- 5+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong knowledge of worldwide GPV regulations and experience with audits and inspections
- Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and electronic systems in regulated environments
