Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Specialist / Quality and Training Specialist (QTS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management with the maintenance and review of quality documents and ensure team training on client SOPs
  • Design and implement training programs, conduct onboarding sessions, and monitor employee quality performance
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and audit support activities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacovigilance
  • 5+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong knowledge of worldwide GPV regulations and experience with audits and inspections
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and electronic systems in regulated environments
