Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational needs and analyze workforce challenges related to occupational stressors
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the consultation project lifecycle
- Design surveys, analyze data, and develop insights to improve employee well-being and business outcomes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk Management
- Entrepreneurial approach and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel
