Occupational Therapy Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OT Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service and account management at the school level, including communication and data monitoring
• Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists (OTRs), including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with program policies and effective service delivery

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), with teletherapy experience required
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Master's degree in a related field is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state certifications and clearances as assigned
• Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to student goal achievement
