Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist: Offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
- Lead meetings with clients and external employees for termination processes
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
- Proven experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
- Ability to interpret and apply employment laws across various jurisdictions
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages considered a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate on various tools and systems
